Our publishing house Dergham, previously known as Hassib Dergham and sons, was founded in 1975 and directed by Sami and Nadim Dergham. Our activity was originally pre-press, that is preparation of texts and images before they get printed, which we still do under the name of "Graphic House".

Dergham published their first books in 1999, with Sagesse de Phenicie, yacatariim and missa solemnis, all from the well-known Lebanese poet Said Akl, in the French and Lebanese languages.

From 1999 to 2007, our publishing was occasional. The activity really started to pick up in 2007 with more and more sollicitations from authors who saw the exceptional quality of our work. Today, our publishing house offers about fifty titles and hosts about twenty authors..

En 2009, Dergham launches « Nouveau Talent » with the partnership of Cedrona, to encourage young and starting authors. Dergham and Dergham Youth (Dergham Jeunesse) are now notorious in Lebanon, and count among their authors some celebrities such as Mona Abou Hamzé, talkshow host at the MTV, Wardé, journalist at the Voix du Liban radio, or Alexandre Najjar, a writer who is well-known across the world of francophony.
